Diamond Fabrications (I) Pvt. Ltd was established in 1975 by a team of Qualified Engineering and Management Professionals. The company, under a strong management team has been successfully serving the process industry for more than three decades. We Design, Manufacture & Erect Pressure Vessels, Storage Tanks, Heat Exchangers, Distillation Columns and various other Process equipments to a wide range of industries. Gathering knowledge and experience on the way since its incorporation, our company has provided services to a number or renowned domestic and international clients under various third party agencies such as TUV, DNV, ABS, LLOYDS, SGS, MECON, PDIL etc. We also serve large and small EPC contractors for their requirement of heavy fabrication, cold pressing, forming and allied manufacturing operations. As a reputed manufacturer, we are giving services to our clients from factory which is having excellent facilities under one roof and is backed by fine resources of different capacity hydraulic press machines for dished end formation, dish spinning machine, heavy capacity plate bending, CNC Plasma Cutting and conventional and advanced fabrication machinery. Our reputation for quality is founded on its strong engineering base, its strict conformance to recognized national and international standards such as ASME Sec VIII Div I, PED, IS 2825, PD 5500, API 650 BS, DIN and on site job expertise. We adhere to stringent internal quality standards and procedures to ensure delivery of the highest quality. Organized from our factory in Pune, we run job sites all over India and abroad. This gives the client, the advantage of single source responsibility from earliest planning stage through design, fabrication and supply to site and installation. We have manufactured a wide range of pressure vessels & process equipments under various renowned third party inspection agencies as seen on the adjacent side and more. With years experience, we have developed a systematic approach towards planning of quality. Our planning team studies all aspects of Quality Assurance Plan approved by client / TPI to manufacture a particular job. Stage and final inspection milestones are planned meticulously with the client / TPI to ensure a smooth work flow. Our internal quality assurance personnel inspects the job and certify the inspection call prior to the TPI visit. This ensures clearance of job for next stage without any delays. Quality documentation requirements are discussed with TPI in detail, prior to execution, to ensure timely completion of the job.
